Green Tea Pesto Pasta
This dish is easy to prepare. Put 緑茶 liquor, oil, lemon, salt, pepper flakes and basil leaves in a blender to make it into a puree, then add peas and beans and continue to blend until the puree becomes creamy. Cook the pasta and add it to the pesto sauce and cook over a low heat. Add extra tea if needed for the desired consistency.
Green Tea Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with grapes, spinach, half tea spoon 緑茶 leaves, avocado and honey for the sweetness. Combine all the ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth and serve immediately. This smoothie will help to detoxify and cleanse your body.
Grilled Green Tea Tofu
Flavor it with 緑茶 and soak it in a green tea marinade comprising onions, sugar, lemon, and sesame oil and soya sauce. You can infuse a smoky flavor to it by cooking on a grill.
Fried Noodles with Green Tea
Noodles are popular dish, and if they are combined with 緑茶, they make for a much tastier and healthy. Cook noodles with green tea, ginger and garlic along with peppers and tofu. Then add soya sauce and vinegar.

Mixing 緑茶 with light soy milk makes for an incredibly refreshing drink. You can add homemade brewed green tea to the milk of your choice for a satisfying beverage between meals.
Steam it Green
Place boneless chicken thighs in a steamer, but instead of filling the pot with water, pour in brewed green tea. The cholesterol-fighting tea will suffuse each tender piece with a distinctive aroma and flavor.
Make a Marinade
Steep several green tea bags in hot water, then thicken the liquid with a touch of honey, salt, and pepper. Smother mushrooms, chicken or beef in the catechin-rich marinade and cook as desired.
