This is a very rare second flush oolong Tea from the Rohini Tea Estate in Darjeeling, India. The smell and aroma of peppers will undoubtedly surprise you. Made only at Darjeeling’s Rohini Tea Estate, Bhime is a unique wild clone used to make this. This clone is yet unclassified. As soon as we took control of the Rohini Garden, we found it.
Two leaves and a bud make up the majority of the plucking. The dried leaves are dark green in appearance, with many white tips that smell of pepper. When brewed, the leaves produce a yellow cup with a strong aroma of fruit and pepper. There is no harsh aftertaste, and it is pleasant.
