It is the new season’s first flush tea and has 100% fine, greenish leaves with few tips. On brewing, the liquor is yellow in appearance with full transparency. The tea bushes are cultivated and harvested between altitudes of 1500 – 4400 ft. Harvested during the months of March and April, Rohini’s Premium First Flush is minimally oxidized during rolling. To get the best out of this tea, always use fresh water and boil it to a temperature of 85 ° C and let the tea brew for 4 – 5 minutes. The flavor of the tea remains for multiple infusions.

The high elevation during the winter months causes the tea plant to develop special flavors and aromas which is typical of authentic Darjeeling Loose Leaf Teas.
