Boiling: Temperature of the water: 85° C.
Time: 3-5 minutes
Leaves: One teaspoon (around 2.5g) /one cup
Milk / No Milk: No milk, Condiments are not advised as it may ruin the natural flavor of the tea
Measure one teaspoon per cup and add it to the teapot. Now pour freshly boiled water into the pot and brew for three to five minutes to taste. Strain into cups and enjoy your Darjeeling Tea. Darjeeling Tea is best enjoyed without adding milk and sugar. It is an acquired taste.
