Shipping Charges & Cancellation Policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on checkout page on the basis of order value & weight.

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, DHL does not deliver Gopaldhara orders on Saturday or Sundays.

To cancel your order, send us an email to [email protected] with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly..

Important Notice: 

 It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Israel and Germany may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Gopaldhara work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.

Countries falling under EU would need to pay the additional VAT as per the new regulation. The VAT exemption at importation of small consignments of a value up to EUR 22 will be removed. This means all goods imported in the EU will now be subject to VAT.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL. Express service (DHL) takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery.
