配送料とキャンセルポリシー

送料は、注文金額と重量に基づいて、チェックアウト ページで自動的に計算されます。

正午 IST (インド標準時) より前に受け取った注文は、通常、同じ営業日に発送されます。この時間以降に受け取った注文は、通常、翌営業日に発送されます。国際配送パートナーである DHL は、土曜日または日曜日に Gopaldhara の注文を配送しませんのでご注意ください。

If you want to cancel your order before the order is dispatched, send us an email to [email protected] with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center. If you’re unsure about which tea to choose, we recommend trying our sample packs first. Explore a variety of flavors and discover your favorite tea before placing a larger order. It’s the perfect way to find the perfect brew for you. 

Refund & Exchange:

At our company, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged parcel or your shipment is lost by our courier partner, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In such cases, we will promptly resend your order to you as soon as possible, ensuring you receive your items in proper condition. Your satisfaction and trust in our service are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

重要なお知らせ： 

 It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Israel, Germany and some other countries of Europe may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Gopaldhara work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.

For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL. Express service (DHL) takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery and with India Post it usually takes 15-20 days.
